Human creativity, being the most powerful energy for transformation, is the true capital on which we can build our future on.

30 years after his death, Joseph Beuys appears to us as a visionary who was ahead of his time: His prophecy, that if money became a commodity it would undermine democracies, his search of a new way beyond capitalism and state-capitalism (“communism”) and his insistence that humans should not have an inferiority complex and see themselves as prisoners of the system.
Every human being is a bearer of abilities, a self-determining being, the sovereign par excellence in our time.
